Job Description

Principal Accountabilities
Sales analysisTrack daily/weekly/monthly/key selling moments store level sales reports and provide analysis & insights.Provide product performance insights including ST%, top sellers and key selling focuses.
Sales forecastSet up store targets including sales and operational KPIs based on different dimensions of considerations and the annual target.Collaboration with planning team to provide retail POV in sales forecastProvide simulation and suggestions of in-store promotion activities based on current store situations, including nationwide store promotion, shopping mall activities, inventory situation…etc.Ensure store master data accuracy including store info, door plan, footfall data, sales data…etc.
Financial analysisProvide insights and action plans on store P&L improvement based on monthly P&L report.Prepare monthly store commission for payroll
