Senior Executive, Retail Operations (Timberland)

**Principal** **Accountabilities**

+ Sales analysis
+ Track daily/weekly/monthly/key selling moments store level sales reports and provide analysis & insights.
+ Provide product performance insights including ST%, top sellers and key selling focuses.
+ Sales forecast
+ Set up store targets including sales and operational KPIs based on different dimensions of considerations and the annual target.
+ Collaboration with planning team to provide retail POV in sales forecast
+ Provide simulation and suggestions of in-store promotion activities based on current store situations, including nationwide store promotion, shopping mall activities, inventory situation…etc.
+ Ensure store master data accuracy including store info, door plan, footfall data, sales data…etc.
+ Financial analysis
+ Provide insights and action plans on store P&L improvement based on monthly P&L report.
+ Prepare monthly store commission for payroll
