Senior Executive (Risk & Compliance)

Job Summary

This role will be critical in supporting TOUCH Community Services’ commitment to governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. It involves identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework for charities, and fostering a culture of compliance and ethical integrity within the organisation through collaboration across teams.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

Risk Management

• Maintain and update the organisation’s risk register, including operational, financial, and reputational risk management.
• Conduct regular risk assessments in partnership with programme and corporate teams.
• Support the development of risk mitigation plans for service delivery, fundraising, and partnerships.
