As a key member of our New Business Development division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Requirements:

• Proven track record in closing property deals, Strong understanding of property market trends, Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, Presentation and storytelling ability to pitch properties effectively.
• To commit work during weekends and Public Holidays (Grab Sales)
• Possess good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
