Overview
This role presents an opportunity to play a critical part in supporting our tied agency distribution channels and financial advisory firm. You will contribute to our mission by ensuring Training & Competency (T&C) operational processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory and business needs. Through this role, you will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, regulatory-driven initiatives, and system enhancements while helping deliver a seamless point-of-sale experience for our agents and advisors.
Position Responsibilities
Implement and update sales advisory frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including MAS and LIA guidelines, as well as internal policies.
Serve as the subject matter expert for enquiries related to sales support and sales advisory process flows.
