Senior Executive - Sales and Dealer Development

Our client, a multinational automotive company, is looking for a Senior Executive – Sales and Dealer Development, based in Dubai. This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Parts & Accessories.

• Execute regional sales plan for parts, accessories, and consumables under guidance of the Assistant Manager.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for parts volume, accessory sales per unit, and gross margin.
• Maintain strong dealer relationships through regular visits and communication.
• Monitor dealer inventory levels and support timely replenishment to minimize back orders.
• Track competitor pricing and promotional activities, and report insights to management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Conduct product and sales training sessions for dealer staff.
