Senior Executive SAP HCM/Successfactors

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules
Handle employee master data, organizational changes, and HR process support
Support integrations, enhancements, testing, and UAT activities
Coordinate with HR stakeholders to resolve system and process-related issues
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Support payroll, time management, or SuccessFactors modules as applicable
Liaise with internal teams and external consultants when required
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred
SAP / SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage
