As a Senior Executive (Nursing Admin), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carry out adminstrative and operational duties for various nursing departments.
• Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director of Nursing in the planning and operation of different nursing departments.
• Assist with the planning of department rosters and staff leaves.
• Support nurse leaders in the submission and approval of shift claims on a monthly basis while ensuring shift attendance records are accurate.
• Ensure adequate office inventory by ordering supplies through procurement portal.
• Support the Assistant Director of Nursing in organizational development, manpower recruitment, nursing workshop etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
