Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Assortment Planning

• Oversee and manage product assortment for the assigned category.
• Assist in product selection, retail buying, pricing and sourcing in line with market trends, sales targets and internal guidelines.
• Work closely with external suppliers or consignment vendors to monitor stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with the brand team to ensure promotional activities are effectively communicated and implemented in-store.
• Execution of retail backend system works when necessary.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure proper inventory control and stock rotation.
• Track and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations or overstock.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
