Senior Executive

The senior engineer role will focus on ensuring resilient, secure, and high‑performance IP/MPLS core network operations that safeguard business continuity and support the growth of Consumer and Enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert‑level support for complex enterprise and IP core network environments
• Design, implement, and optimise network solutions across multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Participate in 24/7 standby rotation and manage critical escalations
• Perform security configurations, patches, firmware and router hardware upgrades
• Conduct risk and vulnerability reviews on core infrastructure
• Monitor and analyse network performance, recommending improvements
• Provision and migrate L2VPN/L3VPN services (QP‑EVPL, PB‑EVC, AG‑EVC)
• Support GovTech (G1) and Cloud Connect circuit provisioning and migration
