Purpose:
Purpose:
- Ensure high quality of the 3G/4G/5G networks, of radio accessibility, retainability and mobility.
- Plan, optimize and monitor the network performance based on user experience pro-actively.
- Able to correlate user NPS to network performance and to propose network expansion strategy accordingly
- Develop and execute 5G transition strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT, tunnels, in-building), ensuring smooth deployment with minimal service impact.
- Execute SRAN 4G network planning and implement optimization initiatives, including additional bands and infrastructure upgrades.
- Perform site survey for coverage enhancement and retrofitting tasks
- Perform optimization to provide quality network to end users.
