Senior Executive Store

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control end-to-end order fulfilment activities
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of outbound orders
• Monitor delivery schedules to achieve ≥95% on-time delivery rate
• Ensure zero packing errors and minimal customer complaints
• Monitor invoice accuracy and reconcile documentation between Main Store and clinics
• Ensure timely submission of complete delivery documentation and e-invoices to Finance
• Manage backorders and resolve delivery-related customer service issues
• Address procurement and operational issues raised by clinic teams
• Monitor slow-moving and short-expiry stocks and execute mitigation action plans
• Manage returned and expired stock from clinics, including cost monitoring
• Conduct monthly stock take and ensure minimal discrepancy between system and physical stock (≤0.2%)
