Senior Executive, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine supply chain daily tasks and follow up with the internal/external team to ensure good and continuous supplies to the outlet.
• Prepare and coordinate Supply Chain KPI and reporting or analysis.
• Manage and review the master data parameters in SAP – i.e., ordering lead time, ordering method, source list, Min/Max, etc.
• Coordinate all the supply chain activities on new/refit/relocation/close store and setting in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ease their operation and productivity and assist on the ad hoc issues – i.e. define the order frequency, picking line, UOM factor, delivery method, etc.
