Senior executive - ta (bulk hiring)

Objective
Sourcing, screening and onboarding of suitable candidates for respective zonal office
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing of suitable candidates directly, through websites and social media sites
Initial screening of applicants, telephone and face to face interviews
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, agreeing and coordinating deliverables and priorities
Manage and update job postings to various social networks and job sites
Responsible of initiation and closure of BGV of new hires within TAT
Delivering of recruitment KPIs as set and agreed
Facilitate and coordinate candidate interview scheduling and testing
Monitor and respond to speculative applications and/or referrals and internal job postings.
Responsible for adopting Zwayam ( ATS)
Need to Have Areas
Minimum 2 years experience in Bulk & Volume recruitments
Should be well versed with usage of Job portals i.e. Naukri
Should be well versed with Ms Office
