4. Build and maintain a strong candidate network, ensuring a ready talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
5. Maintain and optimize the candidate tracking system, providing weekly dashboards on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
6. Implement recruitment strategies to ensure vacancy rates remain below 5%, improving time-to-hire and talent acquisition efficiency.
7. Manage the complete recruitment cycle—gap analysis, sourcing, screening, interview coordination—leveraging recruitment tools for efficiency.
