The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role also supports workforce planning and contributes to employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments as required.
Provide timely feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the system
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and online branding initiatives.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Prepare reports for management on recruitment progress and workforce trends.
