Roles & Responsibilities:
Compensation & Incentive Management
Support the annual salary review, incentive, and bonus cycles — including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage and track retail incentive schemes (e.g., sales commission, store performance bonus, and allowance programs).
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Maintain the company's salary structure, job grading, and compensation database.
Provide analytical support on pay and benefits costing for budgeting or headcount planning.
Benefits Administration
Administer and review employee benefits such as insurance, medical, leave, and staff purchase programs.
