Senior Executive, Transformation & Development

The Senior Executive supports the Steering Committee in reviewing and implementing the deliverables for the next phase of the National Palliative Care Quality Improvement (NatPallQI) Programme.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES National Guidelines for Palliative Care (NGPC), Quality Improvement (QI) and Benchmarking Plan and coordinate national guidelines self-assessment, including psychosocial guidelines Organise meetings with providers to discuss national guidelines results and prioritise areas for improvement Collate and analyse national guideline results Prepare national guidelines report for institutions and MOH Organise and coordinate QI training sessions and QI mentorship sessions Coordinate meetings between the Steering Committee, Singapore Hospice Council and the participating institutions (including logistic arrangement and minutes taking) Plan and coordinate national benchmarking initiatives Collaborate to analyse enablers/success factors for good outcomes and share best p...
