  Job Description 
 You are responsible for assisting in generating sales through creative retail displays that capture customers' attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience. You should have a good grasp of design principles and have experience in managing a team of graphic designers. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximise profitability.
 You are expected to:
 Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy
 Ensure the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market
 Manage and optimise the skills of graphic team members
 Design display guides and bulletins for corporate campaigns
 Maintain internal graphic job bookings and POSM allocation bookings
 Gatekeep corporate brand format guidelines for different banners under the Group
