 Ensure timely pick-up from suppliers and deliveries to customer
 Maintaining and managing the inventory at warehouse
 Leading a team of delivery boys and warehouse executives
 Ensuring proper QC, inward and order punching in the system
 nsuring adherence to TAT and internal reporting
