Senior Executive/Executive Business Development (M&A)

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the ongoing identification and development of business opportunities as part of the overall Company’s growth strategy. He/she will work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders to manage the development, formation, and execution of strategic alliances, acquisitions and joint venture projects.

Responsibilities

• Seek out partners and develop tactical plans to crystallize the business strategies into viable business opportunities
• Manage the development, formation, and execution of strategic alliances, acquisitions and joint venture projects
• Provide assistance to the Company’s operating divisions in new product development involving key OEMs and industry partners
