Senior Executive/Executive - Contract (Quantity Surveyor)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing tender documents, contract documents, and bill of quantities.

Assist in quantity take-off and material calculation based on construction drawings, and support superior in basic cost estimation.

Assist in reviewing and organizing contractor and supplier progress claims and variation orders (VO).

Follow up on payment processes, invoice collection, contract filing, and document organization.

Assist in site measurement, verification of completed quantities, and on-site data collection.

Assist in daily contract administration, document circulation, and contract-related paperwork.

Assist in preparing documents for procurement and contract negotiation.
