Senior Executive/Executive, Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales enquiries from walk-in, telephone call, website, billboard and sales promotion activities.
• Handle sales for properties (highrise) sold by the companies within the Group.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
• Prepare weekly property sales report and prospects list.
• Liaise with purchasers and banks for end-financing approvals.
• Manage signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and payment collection with purchasers.
• To support the team members for any digital work that needed, such as video shooting, hosting, social media advertisement and etc.
• Conduct market survey as when instructed by superior from time to time.
• Attend sales promotions or property exhibitions whenever necessary.
• Coordinate with exhibitors for property showcase or road show as required.
• Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.
