Senior Expert - Total Rewards Benchmarking

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform annual salary surveys for small, large and complex countries/regions within the assigned scope of responsibility in collaboration with the vendors based on a given timeline.
• Evaluate the Bayer jobs using the survey provider’s/vendor’s methodology (WTW, Mercer, KF, Aon, etc.) and collaborate with the country for alignment, if necessary.
• Ensure the overall data quality of the survey submission
• Upload survey results per country in MarketPay and ensure the quality of the Bayer data in the tool
• Address any validation queries that the vendor may have related to the salary survey submitted.
• Provide TR benchmark data upon request
• Monitor external vendor's service quality according to identified standards
• Maintain and update reference document/s used within the team and globally such as Iving Wages file and Global Job Catalogue using own in-depth knowledge and experti...
