Senior Facilities Engineer (Winnipeg)

Facilities Engineer will be responsible for managing capital projects.

This position will be based out of the Calgary office, reporting directly to the Manager, Engineering. The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly to our operating sites in Saskatchewan and North Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects with limited supervision up to $50 MM
• Combine solid communication and interpersonal skills with a thorough understanding of project management, facility design, construction and commissioning
• Forecasting, budget creation and control of facilities capital expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Management of key contractors and vendors including engineering firms, construction contractors and equipment suppliers
