The
Senior Manager, Facilities Management (VisMin)
oversees end-to-end facilities and support services across multiple sites. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and high service levels through effective people, process, and technology management. The position also leads project execution, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead property, space, and asset management across assigned sites
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance (BFP, DENR, DOLE, FDA, LGUs, etc.)
• Oversee business support services including maintenance, security, fleet, cafeteria, utilities, pest control, and staff housing
