The Senior Facility Manager will lead CBRE’s Facilities Management operations at the Fawley Refinery, which is set to become ExxonMobil’s UK Headquarters by Q3 2026. This flagship site represents a significant expansion in scope and complexity, requiring a senior leader with strategic vision and operational excellence.
