Senior Facilities Planner

Overview

What are your contributions to the team? Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures to propose sustainable solutions. Define and implement maintenance plans: Develop preventive and predictive programs based on manufacturer recommendations and best practices. Manage risk and criticality: Assess the impact of failures on safety, production, and costs, and prioritize interventions accordingly. Coordinate across departments: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate reliability into design and planning. Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintenance system performance. Provide training and awareness: Support teams in adopting preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
