Job Description

• Project Execution: Collaborate with venue leads and vendors to implement enhancement and infrastructure upgrade projects, translating operational needs into actionable developments.
• Leadership & Oversight: Lead projects while ensuring safety, budget control, and timeline adherence, with regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges.
• Contractor Management: Supervise outsourced FM contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards through regular inspections and performance monitoring.
• Maintenance Oversight: Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure industry-standard PPM completion and oversee lifecycle work, addressing defects and incidents effectively.
