Job Description

What you’ll do
 :
The primary role of a Senior Facility Specialist is to oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. In particular you will:
Liaise with vendors and contractors, obtaining and comparing quotes before initiating jobs.

Align with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.

Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to determine the need for repairs or replacements.

Evaluate different vendors and service providers to ensure facilities-related services are of appropriate quality and cost-effective.

Ensure all operations are conducted in a compliant manner, meeting all health and safety guidelines.

Manage, oversee, and coordinate relocation, installations, and refurbishments activities. Act as local PM during construction, utilization, maintenance, reconstruction, redevelopment and demolition of buildings and other properties.
