The role:

You’ll be stepping into a well established practice with a strong private client base, working on a mix of parenting and property matters for mum and dad and high net worth clients. No legal aid, no bulk files, no conveyor belt.
This is a hands on role with full file ownership, minimal red tape and open, adult conversations around workload and billables. You’ll support junior lawyers as a peer (not a hierarchy) and play a meaningful role in the next phase of the firm’s expansion.
