A respected law practice is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload across Family Law and Wills & Estates.

This is a leadership opportunity suited to a confident practitioner who enjoys autonomy, complex matters and mentoring junior team members.

The Opportunity
You will manage matters from initial consultation through to resolution across:

• Parenting and property disputes
• Divorce and separation
• Financial agreements
• Wills, powers of attorney & enduring guardianship
• Probate and letters of administration
• Estate administration and distributions

You will appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, represent clients at mediation and negotiate strategic outcomes in sensitive and high-value matters.
