The Role This Senior Farm Operator / 2IC role supports the day-to-day operations of a mixed broadacre enterprise, with primary responsibility for machinery operation, maintenance and logistics support. You’ll play a key role during seeding, hay and harvest while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
