Senior Farms Engagement Manager: Agri-Tech

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands one simple truth, agri tech only matters if farmers actually use it.

Our client is working at the forefront of UK agri tech, helping innovative technologies move out of trials and into real commercial farm businesses. This role exists to make that happen at scale.

As Senior Farms Engagement Manager, youll sit at the point where farmers, innovation and commercial reality meet.

You wont be running individual projects day to day. Instead, youll design the strategy for how farmers are engaged across programmes, lead national teams, and make sure innovation is practical, credible and worth adopting on farm.

Youll be the senior advocate for farmers inside innovation programmes, shaping how producers are brought in, how technologies are trialled and how adoption is accelerated once something actually works.
