Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior F&B Ambassador to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will take a leading position on the service floor, ensuring guests receive excellent service while supporting daily operations and guiding junior service staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and friendly service to all guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support and guide junior service staff during service hours.
• Assist supervisors in maintaining smooth service flow.
• Handle basic customer feedback and resolve service issues when needed.
• Process payments and ensure billing accuracy when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
