**Job Description:**



We are looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join Arrow company. The main purpose of the position is to drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. You need to understand customer needs and leverage Arrow's engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. You need to apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.



What You'll Be Doing



+ Dealing with demand creation of NXP MPU&MCU, such as i.MX8/9, LS1043/LS1046.

+ Keep following customer project and push design-in to design-win conversion rate, solve the problems during customer R&D period.

+ Partner with the sales team and marketing team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
