Senior Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on FAE Lead to manage and drive field application engineering activities for silicon photonics wafer test equipment.

This role requires a technically strong leader who is able to lead a team, manage customer expectations and drive project execution across regional customer sites.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead commissioning, debugging and validation of silicon photonics wafer test equipment and ensure timely completion according to project schedule.
2. Handle equipment delivery, customer site acceptance and provide technical training to customers.
3. Manage daily operations of FAE team including performance review, hiring, training and capability development.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Engineering, etc.) to resolve customer technical issues and improve product performance.
