Senior Field Sales MidMarket

Position Description

The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's France Payroll and HR solutions.

The role embraces new sales to new customers with an employee size of 350 and 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 3 - 5 months period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organization and structure of the prospect.

As our District Sales Manager, Mid-Market,

• You will be representing ADP and all the local & international services and products that we can offer to our clients.

• Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and make sure you close the deal.
