Senior Field Service Engineer (Genset industry)

Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training for customers in accordance with project requirements and scope.
Provide timely after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance.
Support a wide range of diesel generator sets, from small to large capacities, and assist internal teams with technical expertise and training.
Maintain and update technical documentation, service manuals, and training materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Deliver technical training to distributors and dealers on servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain high service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution of technical issues.
Provide technical support during factory acceptance tests (FAT) and special project testing activities.
