Senior / Field Service Engineer

Job Summary If you are a Field Service professional looking to advance your career in the service space, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in Singapore, the Field Service Engineer will be in-charge of valve servicing in house and at customer sites inclusive of site walks and site implementation. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valves relating initiatives.

Troubleshoots valves and control instruments issues at site for customers.

Works with customer service team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs.

Conducts valve repair work both in-house and at customers' site when required.

Works with other teams within Final Control Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis.

Works with the business unit on customer's challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing.
