Senior Field Service Professional - Fire Systems

**As a Senior Field Service Professional – Fire Systems for our Service team,** you will be tasked with respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into fire systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor in Morrisville, NC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform/Review installation methods, checkout, and test, start up on fire alarm systems and adhere to plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
+ Perform yearly NFPA fire alarm inspections.
+ Independently troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
+ Program more than one system
