Role Details:

In this hands-on role, working closely with engineers, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll deliver service, maintenance, installations, and repairs for a wide range of technologies within the packaging industry, from carton erectors to robotics including PLCs, servo drives, conveyors, and other mechanical components. You’ll work across multiple customer sites, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure machinery reliability and efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Manager, in this completely autonomous role, you will:
Spend time on projects - commissioning new machinery, managing obsolescence and technology upgrades / updates

Deliver operator and maintenance training
