Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role sits at the centre of the commercial team and partners closely with Sales/ Marketing and Supply Chain to drive performance and support strategic growth initiatives. You will also take ownership of improving finance processes and helping the team operate more efficiently as the business continues to scale.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the full month end process including accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and P/L variance analysis
• Deliver clear, insightful management reporting that highlights performance, trends and opportunities
