Senior Finance Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing landlord reporting, sales exception analysis, loss prevention support, and finance system improvement initiatives to ensure accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Landlord Reporting

• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain supporting details and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team and Strategy & Development (SD) team on updates to tenancy agreement details and confirmation of negotiation progress.
• Work closely with the payment team to facilitate and follow up on payment processing.
• Monitor and maintain the monthly payment tracker to ensure timely settlement and proper tracking.
