They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to collaborate closely with property and asset managers to meet strategic goals. Reporting to the FP&A Manager you will focus on:

• Lead asset-level budgeting and forecasting processes, including detailed financial modelling and variance analysis to support asset optimization
