Senior Finance Business Manager

The Company
This well established, mining services business, operating across Australia and overseas, is seeking a commercial focused management accountant / analyst. The business has gone through several changes in recent years, including new system improvements and business initiatives and requires a diligent, commercial business partner to support the commercial team.

The role
This is a 'hybrid' role, supporting both the areas of the operations, and central finance as well as play a lead role in systems improvements, whilst managing a small team. This high profile role offers a good range of commercial decision making - managing all the key projects & understanding the key profitability, cost analysis and project delivery, liaising with all the senior operational teams. You will also assist the Group Controller in meeting all the month end reporting deadlines, and drive all the systems improvements & initiatives.
