Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall accounting functions for Group company.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing for all group entities and vendors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare month-end financial reports and ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with local accounting standards, in coordination with external accountants.
• Act as the main liaison for all group entities on audit matters, including coordination with external auditors, support for year-end audits, and addressing audit queries from auditors and IRAS.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecast exercises for the group.
• Monitor and manage cash flow forecasts across all bank accounts and handle ongoing communication with banking partners.
• Generate monthly payroll using QuickHR, including verification of payroll details and payment processing.
