Senior Finance Executive (Group Consolidation & Reporting)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly closing and preparation of management report for the holding company
• Prepare intercompany reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies noted
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Group consolidation, including quarterly and annual financial reports, Board papers and management reporting packs.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial results, identify significant variances, and provide clear financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, operational performance tracking and highlighting key financial drivers.
• Monitor cash flow position and support cash flow forecasting activities.
• Support year-end audit and tax. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for group and entity -level audits
