Senior Finance Executive (SAP)
We are partnering with an established organization to hire a hands-on Senior Finance Executive to support their growing operations. This role is ideal for a meticulous finance professional who enjoys both reporting and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly accounts and perform variance analysis
Draft statutory financial statements
Review GST returns and daily bank receipts/payments
Oversee invoices and credit notes prepared by Finance staff
Monitor credit control matters for tenants/purchasers
Liaise with tax agents on tax queries and property tax compliance/objections
Collate information for internal and external audits
Handle queries from internal departments, vendors, and customers
Drive process and system improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot SAP issues and enhance workflow efficiency
Complete statistical surveys required by the Department of Statistics
