Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounts and perform variance analysis
• Draft statutory financial statements
• Review GST returns and daily bank receipts/payments
• Oversee invoices and credit notes prepared by Finance staff
• Monitor credit control matters for tenants/purchasers
• Liaise with tax agents on tax queries and property tax compliance/objections
• Collate information for internal and external audits
• Handle queries from internal departments, vendors, and customers
